Job summary

Schneider National in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 90% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook, across IA, IL, IN, MI and WI.

Pay includes mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments in the first year and a 3% longevity bonus on annual gross pay. Orientation is paid, and time off plus holiday pay accrue after six months.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements strongly preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, Green Bay, WI or Joliet, IL.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Operate intermodal routes across IA, IL, IN, MI and WI.
• Drive in and out of rail yards as part of intermodal network.
