Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul freight containers on company-owned chassis in the Midwest. Expect 100% no-touch work with 50% drop-and-hook, and access to a stability-driven network across IA, IL, IN and WI.

You will earn mileage and load pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid across 12 months, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight that is 50% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within IA, IL, IN and WI.
