Job summary

Kaleris is seeking a Product Manager – Intermodal TOS to lead the development of intermodal functionality within N4 and related TOS products. You will own the product vision, gather requirements from field operations, and work with engineering to deliver value to terminal operators, rail planners, and dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in container terminal operations (yard, vessel, rail, gate, or equipment dispatch).
• Experience implementing or supporting Terminal Operating Systems at container terminals.
• Strong understanding of container terminal workflows: vessel ops, yard management, rail, gate processes.
• Experience with intermodal handoffs between marine terminals and rail/truck operations.
• Familiarity with real‑time optimization and job dispatching in automated environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for intermodal functionality within N4 and related TOS products.
• Understand customer operations at intermodal facilities and identify gaps to grow market share.
• Define automation strategy for rail operations including ARMGs, automated stacking cranes, and other equipment.
• Build consensus on priorities to drive product execution.
• Act as primary product owner for UIs used by dispatchers, planners, clerks, and operators.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive development.
• Incorporate usability studies, market analysis, and metrics into requirements.
