Job summary
Kaleris is seeking a Product Manager – Intermodal TOS to design and evolve solutions that optimize container management at intermodal and inland rail facilities, with a strong emphasis on rail automation technologies. You will own the product vision for intermodal functionality within N4, gather requirements, and collaborate with engineering to develop and validate features.
You will focus on improving user experiences for dispatchers, planners, and operators, working with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in container terminal operations or Terminal Operating Systems.
- Strong understanding of container terminal workflows including vessel operations, yard management, rail operations, gate processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for intermodal functionality within N4 and related TOS products.
- Identify gaps in intermodal operations and translate into product requirements.
- Define automation strategies for rail Operations and associated equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive product development and user experience.
- Measure success with clear metrics and drive iterative improvements.
