You will lead drivers, owner-operators, and terminal staff, drive safety, and optimize container drayage across port, rail ramps, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Houston terminal.
• Lead operations and dispatch staff, coaching for performance.
• Manage container drayage with ports, rail ramps, warehouses.
• Coordinate with drivers and owner-operators for on-time pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs, safety, and compliance, driving continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams.
