You will supervise staff, oversee dispatch, and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced intermodal environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Intermodal/Drayage management, strong knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office and AS400).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in Intermodal/Drayage.
• Knowledge of customs/international shipping regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient with MS Office and AS400.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff, including clerical and labor.
• Recruitment of company drivers.
• Manage dispatch orders and moves.
• Oversee internal operating policies and procedures.
• Interface with customers daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Accountable for monthly P&L review and reporting.
• Produce production, quality, timeliness, staffing, and billing reports.
