Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or asset recovery.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, equipment management, or asset recovery preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn operational and case-management systems.
• Ownership and self-direction to drive cases toward resolution with limited supervision.
• Analytical thinking to identify patterns, assess risk, and determine practical next steps.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned recovery cases from initial review through final resolution.
• Research equipment location and movement history to determine next steps.
• Coordinate with customers, terminals, yards, tow companies, and providers to resolve return issues.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases when review is needed.
• Prepare supporting information for recovery billing and costs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve recovery results.
• Prepare management summaries highlighting significant cases and financial exposure.
