Responsibilities

• Daily communication and problem solving with our Intermodal carrier base
• Tracking and tracing of Intermodal dray shipments
• Collaboration with Werner departments to resolve issues
• Assisting with Werner fleet and equipment needs
• System training including EDGE TMS, Blume, Tableau, Railroad websites, and Skybitz
