You will participate in structured training, work with the Intermodal carrier base, and gain exposure to Werner’s EDGE TMS, Blume, Tableau, and rail-related tools. This role emphasizes collaboration across departments, problem solving, time management, and a strong team orientation.

Formación

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily communication and problem solving with the Intermodal carrier base.
• Tracking and tracing Intermodal dray shipments.
• Collaborate with Werner departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with Werner fleet and equipment needs.
• System training including EDGE TMS, Blume, Tableau, railroad websites, and Skybitz.
