RXO is seeking an Intermodal Logistics Specialist to join our team in Chicago. You will provide logistics support including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination across a major network.

The role requires at least 1 year of logistics experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. You will liaise with railroads and carriers, track shipments, and help resolve delays to maintain on‑time performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate with railroads and carrier teams.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with railroads and carrier partners to plan, schedule, and track freight movements.
• Monitor daily pick‑ups, interchanges, and deliveries; resolve delays as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers and verify load data prior to delivery for accounting.
