Job summary

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. You will maintain accurate load data, update account managers, receivers, and customers on status, and help ensure on-time deliveries across the network.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of logistics experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), and the ability to write routine reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions; notify receivers and customers on status of loads.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; ensure loads deliver on time; validate load data for accounting.
