Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatching of drivers and container pickups/deliveries.
• Schedule appointments with rail yards, terminals, and customers.
• Monitor driver locations, loads, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and terminal personnel throughout the day.
• Track containers and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle schedule changes, delays, and other transportation issues.
• Enter and maintain accurate dispatch and shipment information.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.
