EmergencyMD, located in Dallas, is seeking an Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service representative. The role involves managing the daily intermodal schedule, data entry, and customer communication, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

• Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Dallas facility.
• Data entry.
• Track and track all orders.
• Schedule appointments for imports/exports.
• Handle driver paperwork.
• Communicate with customers.
• Solve problems before they cause service failures.
• Complete timely clerical responsibilities.
• Manage chassis pickup and drop locations.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Dallas facility
• Data entry
• Track and tracking all orders
• Schedule appointments for imports/exports
• Driver paperwork
• Customer communication
• Problem solving before the issues result in service failures
• Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job
• Chassis pickup and drop locations
• Other job duties as assigned
