Eagle Systems Inc. is seeking a dispatch/support coordinator for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Pooler/Savannah, GA market. You will handle orders, paperwork, and communications with drivers and customers to ensure timely, compliant transport movements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ports and railroad operations is required.
• Candidate should be dependable, motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and documentation management.
• Scan and file driver paperwork by date ranges.
• Ensure equipment safety compliance and paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatcher scheduling appointments.
• Process customer orders and transportation billing.
• Monitor driver updates and verify uploaded paperwork.
• Interact with multiple customers daily, written and verbal.
