Job summary

Macon Resources Inc in Decatur, IL is seeking an Intermittent CILA Manager/QIDP to provide case management, supervision, and training to staff and to persons served in the Intermittent CILA program.

Under general direction of the Vice President of Clinical Services, you will direct implementation of the PCP, coordinate services, monitor outcomes, and lead the IDT to ensure services meet licensure and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; QIDP certification required.
• Minimum two years’ experience with the developmentally disabled and mental illness.
• Ability to maintain payroll, personnel, and information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, supervision, and training to staff and persons served in the Intermittent CILA program.
• Direct implementation of PCP and monitor methods; coordinate services and document results.
• Develop and monitor PCP objectives; train staff in daily living activities and community inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensure, and certification standards.
