Job summary

MRI - Macon Resources, Inc. is seeking an Intermittent CILA Manager/QIDP to lead case management and supervise staff within the Intermittent CILA program.

The role focuses on implementing the Person Centered Plan (PCP) through strategies, monitoring, and coordination of services by the IDT. The position requires directing PCP implementation, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with licensure, accreditation, and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as QIDP or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating services within an IDD program.
• Familiarity with person-centered planning and implementation strategies.
• Ability to monitor compliance with licensure, accreditation and provider standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and supervision to staff and persons served in the Intermittent CILA program.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team (IDT) in planning individualized programs and PCP implementation.
• Coordinate services and document outcomes to ensure compliance with laws and MRI policies.
• Train and mentor staff, including document control and quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure records and assessments are completed in a timely manner and reflect client needs.
