Job summary

Baptist is seeking an experienced project manager to lead, plan, and coordinate technology initiatives from initiation through delivery in a healthcare setting.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience on moderately to highly complex projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (HCM/ERP/SCM/EPM/OIC/FDI).
• Experience in healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, analytics, and cloud tech.
• Experience supporting ERP release management and testing.

Job description

Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manage assigned technology projects to ensure adherence to schedule and scope
• Sets and tracks project milestones and realigns when necessary
• Establishes and implements project communication plans providing status updates to affected stakeholders
• Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Assemble and coordinate project team members
• Performs other duties as assigned

Specifications

Experience

• Minimum of five years of project management experience, managing projects with moderate to high complexity. Project management experience must include the ability to have managed projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, OIC, FDI, or related technologies).
• Experience within healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting ERP release management and testing programs.

Education

• Bachelors degree with major in healthcare, technology, or business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or comparable project management certification.
• Understanding of ITIL, change management, and governance processes.
