Facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects. Will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
Implement projects and support those day-to-day activities within the specified business area.
Manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis, to include, but not limited to: project budgeting and time estimates; managing exempt employees and contractors in an organized way; project scope and definition; gathering and documenting requirements; and resource and contingency planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; 3-4 years' experience in Project Management are required.
Four years of work experience in legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies, system design and implementation; issue/study definition, project and methodology design, statistical modeling and simulation, and data interpretation; one or more business processes; and industry awareness.
Preferably: Certification or training in Project Management; breadth of business and operational knowledge of the health care industry.
Must have exemplary leadership skills; must have business acumen and experience managing a project with a focus on application development, along with user receptive testing.
