Legacy Prep is seeking a School Leader/Principal to serve as the instructional and operational lead. You will establish a clear vision, ensure a safe learning environment, and foster strong relationships with families and communities.

The role emphasizes high-quality instruction, staff development, data-driven improvement, and leadership capacity-building across the school. The position reports to the Head of Schools and leads a 12-month, full-time program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited four-year educational institution (highly preferred).
• Certification in Administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, articulate, steward, and operationalize a clear vision for learning and implement a strategic plan to accomplish that vision.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and orderly environment for all stakeholders.
• Promote high-quality instructional practices that support excellent instruction school-wide.
• Be a visible and consistent presence throughout the school and provide timely feedback to teachers.
• Oversee staff selection, assignments, and professional growth to build leadership capacity.
• Collect and analyze data to guide continuous improvement in student achievement and staff development.
• Develop positive relationships with families and communities to support student success.
• Manage the school budget, requisitions, and facilities maintenance.
