Vimenti seeks a Secondary School Principal to lead instructional quality, operations, and culture across the program. You will champion a shared vision, oversee curriculum and graduation pathways, and drive college and career readiness initiatives for students and families.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and manage budgets while ensuring inclusive, safe learning environments and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Certification as Secondary School Principal is required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Educational Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years of successful administrative experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage school operations with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Lead the expansion and alignment of the secondary program with clear graduation pathways.
• Articulate program expectations, guidelines, and best teaching practices.
• Build and manage a distributed leadership structure with coordinators and dept. heads.
• Assist admissions, promote enrollment, and ensure high-quality onboarding.
• Develop academic, calendar, and staffing plans for the division.
• Provide instructional leadership with standards-aligned curricula and AP/Honors offerings.
• Supervise, evaluate, and coach staff to promote professional growth.
• Monitor KPIs like graduation rates, attendance, and school culture metrics.
