Qualifications

• Master’s in education or related field.
• State principal certification in the posting state.
• 4+ years classroom teaching with content expertise.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of school administration principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative official for educators, students, and school operations.
• Articulate the school’s mission and vision for cohesive work.
• Select and hire educators and supervise instructional programs.
• Maintain student safety, conduct, and advocacy for equal access to opportunities.
