As a key member of the design team, you’ll help shape outstanding concepts from the ground up. Working closely with senior designers, you’ll translate client briefs into captivating visual narratives, sourcing mood imagery, defining material palettes, and selecting finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery that reflect the studio’s signature aesthetic. You’ll also support the creation of concept layouts and elevations, build out materials and image libraries, and confidently present ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Beyond concept development, you’ll take an active role in project delivery, preparing comprehensive drawing packages, contributing to client presentations, and attending site visits and consultant meetings. Your strong understanding of project timelines and deliverables will be essential, along with your ability to communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients. You'll also contribute to maintaining project documentation and help guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive studio culture.
