Job summary

Munters is seeking an Intermediate Field Controls Technician in Daleville, VA. You will travel to customer sites up to 75% to troubleshoot HVAC and controls issues and provide technical support to field technicians onsite and remotely.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and controls problems, read electrical diagrams, and assist with prototype builds and development feedback. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industry experience or relevant trade school/certification.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment and controls systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC components including compressors, valves, fans, and heat exchangers.
• Experience working with sheet metal, piping, valves, and heat exchangers.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
