BBA is seeking an Intermediate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our growing U.S. team. In this role,you will contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary industrialinfrastructure projects in the mining,energy, renewable power, industrial, and chemical sectors.

- Lead the civil and structural design of heavyindustrial projects from feasibility studies through detailed engineeringand construction support
- Perform engineering analysis and designfor civil and structural systems in accordance with applicable U.S. codesand industry standards
- Design and review:
-Concrete foundations
- Structural steel and reinforced concretestructures
- Equipment support structures
- Pipe racks, access platforms, andindustrial structural systems
- Building structural components
- General civil infrastructure systemssupporting industrial facilities
- Prepare and review engineeringcalculations, technical reports, design memoranda, specifications, andconstruction packages
- Coordinate engineering activities withmultidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, process,geotechnical, environmental, and project management teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorshipto junior engineers, designers, and drafters
- Support quality assurance and performtechnical reviews of engineering deliverables
- Manage assigned project tasks, schedules,budgets, and technical deliverables to support successful projectexecution
- Participate in project planning, scopedefinition, cost estimating, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Interface directly with clients toclarify technical requirements, present engineering solutions, and supportproject delivery discussions
- Support construction through fieldreviews, site visits, technical issue resolution, and contractorcoordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement,engineering best practices, and technical innovation
- Support business development activitiesincluding proposal preparation, technical input, and client relationshipdevelopment

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringwith structural focus, or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license orability to obtain licensure in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction within areasonable timeframe
- 5–10 years of relevant experience incivil and structural engineering
- Experience in industrial, mining, energy,infrastructure, or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience deliveringmultidisciplinary engineering projects
- Experience coordinating project scope,schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables
- Strong understanding of North Americancivil and structural design codes and engineering standards
- Experience with engineering tools suchas:
- SAP2000 / ETABS / STAAD or equivalent
- AutoCAD / Navisworks / Revit
- Mathcad or equivalent engineeringcalculation software
- Strong technical writing anddocumentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, andcoordination skills
- Availability for occasional travel toclient and project sites
