Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team at St John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and mission-driven, ready to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands-on acute bedside care.

The role offers Nights, 36 hours per week (7pm-7am) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN preferred; HSHS provides comprehensive benefits and education

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Nursing duties in a multispecialty care setting.
• Provide patient-centered care during night shifts.

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
