Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in IMC with complex assessments and high-intensity interventions.
• Uses clinical judgment to anticipate and respond quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Operates and interprets cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Responds to emergencies with evidence-based actions and predefined protocols.
• Develops individualized care plans, evaluates outcomes, and advocates for patients and families.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports unit goals.
• Coordinates care, delegates duties, documents accurately, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains compassionate, age-appropriate care while upholding patient rights.
