Responsibilities

Provides advanced nursing care for critically ill patients with high-intensity interventions and monitoring.
Uses clinical judgment to anticipate and respond quickly to evolving patient conditions.
Operates and interprets specialized equipment including cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic monitors.
Responds to emergencies with evidence-based interventions when physicians are unavailable.
Assesses needs, develops care plans, evaluates outcomes, and advocates for patients and families.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports unit/hospital goals.
Coordinates care, delegates, documents, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Delivers compassionate, age-appropriate care while maintaining patient rights and a therapeutic environment.
