Ideal candidates have 5+ years of NYC-centric experience, expert proficiency in Revit, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to deliver complete construction drawing sets on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family, high-end residential, or mixed-use projects (NYC experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with architectural drafting and detailing.
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop complete, accurate construction drawing sets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
