Job summary

Hill West Architects in New York seeks an enthusiastic Intermediate Architect to join our high-rise luxury residential and mixed-use practice. You will support the design team through drafting, detailing, documentation, and coordination under tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of NYC-centric experience, expert proficiency in Revit, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to deliver complete construction drawing sets on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family, high-end residential, or mixed-use projects (NYC experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and design team. You will support projects through technical drafting, architectural detailing, documentation, and project coordination under tight deadlines.
