Zusammenfassung

Arquitectonica's New York office is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join our design-focused practice. You will work on Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use projects, contributing to design, documentation, and construction phases, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be proficient in Revit and BIM360, with Rhino for 3D modeling, and you must communicate in English at a high level. Licensure progress within 2 years is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of continuous professional post-graduate experience.
• Proficient using Revit and BIM360.
• Experience with 3D modeling Rhino.
• Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; hotel experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Licensure or ARE progress expected within 2 years.

Aufgaben

• Understand architectural design and documentation processes across project stages.
• Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials.
• Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches.
• Generate and execute redlined revisions.
• Collaborate with project consultants.
• Analyze program, space planning and area calculations.
• Meet project budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Participate in team, client and contractor meetings.
• Communicate with the designated Project Manager.
