We’re looking for an Intermediate Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience to join an established architecture practice in New York City.

Our client is a leader in hospitality design, with an extensive portfolio of domestic and international hotel clients. Projects range from new buildings and adaptive reuse to historic preservation and renovations of all scales.

This role is ideal for an architect who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of the profession, with experience taking projects from conceptual design through Construction Documents (CDs) and Construction Administration (CA).

The work has a strong focus on construction documentation, architectural detailing, consultant coordination, and serving as Architect of Record.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop projects from initial concepts through CDs and CA.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants.
• Apply knowledge of building codes, zoning, and applicable regulations.
• Develop interior and exterior details, considering materials and constructability.
• Contribute to space planning, design development, and presentations.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality design solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.).
• Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience across all project phases, from concept design through CDs and CA.
