Job summary

52X Consulting LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Architect to join our team. You will contribute to hospitality projects, from ground-up developments to renovations and adaptive reuse, with a strong design focus and solid technical foundation.

You will work under senior architects, prepare drawings in Revit, and coordinate with project teams to ensure code-compliant documentation. NYC project experience is a plus and independence is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and the ability to develop technical proficiency.
• Solid design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Some experience with construction documents (CDs) and construction administration (CA).
• Experience with NYC buildings codes and zoning is a plus.
