Applicants should have about 5+ years of experience, a professional architecture degree, and strong Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and rendering skills (V-Ray/Enscape).

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience across architecture or interiors.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple phases, with built work experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud and experience to render in V-Ray or Enscape.
• Understanding of interior architectural detailing, materials, finishes, and integrated design workflows is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to perform within fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evolution of architectural concepts, layouts, and spatial design strategies across a range of project typologies.
• Produce coordinated design packages including drawings, 3D models, visual studies, presentations, and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and consultant teams to maintain design intent and support project delivery
• Contribute across project phases from early design through construction administration, assisting with technical coordination and documentation
• Develop presentation materials and visual content that communicate project ideas clearly for internal and client-facing reviews
