Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. seeks an Interline Specialist to manage the interline network, audit splits, and secure competitive carrier rates while supporting customer service with timely communication.

In this role you will own the daily interline revenue splits, resolve past-due shipments, and coordinate with partner carriers to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation. Remote work potential is available.

Qualifications

• Prior AR experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of the transportation/freight industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily revenue splitting and reporting for Interline Partners.
• Maintain and manage open AR for Interline Partners.
• Assist Accounts Payable with interline payments and inquiries.
• Assist with customer calls and emails.
• Coordinate with partners for required services for pickup/delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to prevent misroutes.
