Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. is seeking an Interline Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our Interline Partners. You will own daily revenue splits and shipments audits, and work with partner carriers to secure competitive rates.

This role may be remote. You will also help keep open AR for Interline Partners and assist Accounts Payable with invoicing questions, while supporting Customer Service in answering calls and emails.

Qualifications

• One year of AR experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with detail orientation.
• Knowledge of transportation and freight processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily revenue splitting and reporting for Interline Partners.
• Maintain and manage open AR for Interline Partners.
• Assist Accounts Payable with interline payment questions.
• Assist with customer calls and emails.
• Coordinate with partners to obtain approvals for additional services.
