Job summary

Boeing North Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Structural Analysis Engineer to join the 787 Interiors Stress Team. This role focuses on structural analysis for interiors and primary structures within Boeing Commercial Airplanes at the North Charleston site.

The successful candidate will perform basic analysis, support testing, document certification results, and contribute to in-service improvements under general supervision.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Materials)
• 2 years in engineering industry
• 1 year of engineering analysis experience
• Experience on projects with supply chain engagement

Responsibilities

• Performs basic structural analysis for composite and metallic systems.
• Supports test execution and analyzes test results to verify requirements.
• Documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers/regulatory agencies.
• Assists in-service products by investigating failures and proposing improvements.
• Works under general supervision.
