Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage client relations and marketing efforts, ensure design quality, and lead presentations. Requires 15+ years in interiors, NCIDQ or Architect license, and LEED credential. Hybrid work and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Interior Designer with 10+ years in design and project management.
• Mentor and develop staff; lead interiors practice initiatives.
• LEED credentials and licensure preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and day-to-day administration of the Interiors group.
• Ensure project profitability and alignment with business plans.
• Oversee design quality and BIM/Revit usage.
• Lead marketing, business development and client interfacing for interiors projects.
