Job summary

HDR is seeking a Design Coordinator, Interiors in Dallas to join our team and support the delivery of interior design projects from concept through construction administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Architecture and at least 1 year internship experience. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong written and verbal communication skills, are essential for successful collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Architecture is required.
• Minimum 1 year internship experience in a relevant design firm environment.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam, Rhino and Enscape is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines and market sectors in project delivery.
• Document design concepts and progress through design development to construction administration.
• Understand interior design process from programming through to construction administration.
• Contribute to design reviews and promote HDR's design excellence.
