Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Interiors and Project Leadership to understand plans and processes for design excellence.
• Contribute to the design process, discover solutions, and navigate challenges.
• Participate in Formal and Informal Design Reviews.
• Support Office Environments to promote HDR's Design Excellence and brand.
• Promote HDR in networking environments as appropriate.
• Develop technical knowledge for documents and construction details across project phases.
• Encourage sustainable approaches and healthy environments.
