HDR is seeking a Designer, Interiors to join our growing team and advance the interior design practice across multiple sectors. You will collaborate with disciplines, lead design concepts, and document designs for construction while mentoring others and contributing to HDR's culture.

The role emphasizes client interactions, design reviews, and a commitment to sustainable, healthy environments. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in design are required, with proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture from an accredited school.
• Active Interior Design Certificate or Licensed Architect in your country.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design firm.
• Proficient with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in developing leadership and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to work in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver design concepts.
• Prepare, present, and document design concepts to stakeholders.
• Lead by example and promote HDR's collaborative culture.
• Engage with project leadership to achieve project goals.
• Support business development through client interviews and presentations.
• Develop technical knowledge for documents across project phases.
