Job summary

MPI seeks a Superintendent - Charlotte Commercial Interiors to supervise on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across local interiors projects.

You will report to ownership, have direct decision-making authority, and work on a diverse pipeline of commercial interiors, with immediate hiring potential for the right candidate. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000+ DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial interiors construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and technical documents.
