MPI is recruiting on behalf of a commercial general contractor for an on-site Superintendent role across the Southeast. You will oversee all site activities, coordinating subs, schedules, safety and quality, while traveling to multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has ground-up or renovation experience on commercial projects and strong leadership to keep projects on time and within budget. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

The Successful Applicant

• Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Ground-up and/or renovation experience preferred.
• Experience delivering commercial projects such as banks, retail, restaurants, healthcare, medical office buildings, or similar facilities.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work on projects throughout the Southeast.
• Proficient with construction technology and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
