Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on interior renovations in occupied spaces.
• Direct hands-on experience with project design coordination, test-fits, cost evaluation, and MEP studies.
• Experience with HVAC renovations and laboratories is highly desired.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and communication issues in renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential sites to evaluate feasibility, constraints, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and design firms to define requirements, develop test fits, prepare estimates, and establish timelines.
• Manage bidding and contracting for design, construction, and long-lead equipment for interior renovations.
• Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and schedules.
• Actively manage performance, safety, and schedules in occupied facilities; document decisions and drive timely resolutions.
• Provide weekly progress reports and escalate issues promptly; plan FAT, commissioning, and validation activities.
