Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with interior renovations and facility fit-outs.
• Hands-on design coordination, test-fits, cost evaluation, and MEP studies.
• HVAC renovation experience and labs/biopharma environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to assess feasibility, constraints, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and design firms to define requirements and timelines.
• Manage bidding, contracting, and procurement for design services and trades.
• Oversee renovation work in occupied facilities and ensure minimal disruption.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and manage FAT, commissioning, and validation.
