Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a Project Manager to oversee commercial interiors and workplace solutions in Cincinnati, OH. You will manage multiple projects from kickoff to installation, coordinating with sales, designers, and installation teams, while maintaining budgets and client relationships.

Your role includes onsite and remote oversight, ensuring schedules stay on track and projects meet financial targets, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing physical projects, not software/admin.
• Experience coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial interior and workplace projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with sales teams, designers, project coordinators, vendors, and installation teams
• Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and project records
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor schedules and ensure projects remain on track financially
• Oversee furniture and interior installations both remotely and onsite
• Resolve project challenges and maintain exceptional client relationships
