Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing interior design projects and moves (office tenant improvements).
• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, space planning, and design standards.
• Ability to develop scopes, manage budgets and schedules for design/construction projects.
• Familiarity with public procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee small- to medium-sized design, construction, renovation, and installation projects.
• Define project requirements and scopes with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain interior design standards and as-built CAD drawings across facilities portfolio.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, change orders, and invoices to steward public funds.
