Job summary

SAA interiors + architecture is seeking a detail-oriented designer with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills to prepare and coordinate interior construction documents. You will work closely with clients and the project team to ensure design intent and compliance across phases.

The role requires experience in corporate interiors, proficiency in drafting and 3D visualization tools, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating with consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
• 5+ years of corporate interiors experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp; 3DMax is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of design construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements and design aesthetics.
• Estimate hours, scope of work, and prepare project-based work authorizations.
• Review code requirements and city regulations to meet compliance.
• Mentor a small team of designers on a project basis.
• Oversee development of detailing to convey construction intent.
