Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate interior design projects.
• Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Review CDs for compliance with firm standards, codes and ADA requirements.
• Oversee CD production on smaller projects.
• Coordinate with staff to provide technical design solutions.
• Manage projects through contract administration.
• Coordinate engineering consultants for design and submissions.
• Assist with field surveys when needed.
• Maintain budget and flag variances to senior staff.
• Mentor Junior/Immediate Designers.
• Oversee tasks and provide feedback.
• Conduct client interviews to determine requirements.
