Job summary

Botanical Designs seeks an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance for both interior and exterior spaces in the San Diego area. You will groom and trim plants, monitor soil moisture, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of horticultural education, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Tropical horticultural background preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Grooming and trimming plants.
• Probing soil for moisture levels.
• Cleaning plants with a duster, hand washing and/or spraying as needed.
• Keep track of tools and report equipment issues.
• Drive to client sites in urban areas and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Ensure work sites are restored to original condition after service.
