Job summary

Botanical Designs is seeking an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician in Orlando, FL for a part-time position. You will perform landscape maintenance tasks, including grooming plants, checking soil moisture, and maintaining on-site tools, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to access downtown urban areas; the ideal candidate brings basic horticultural education and a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
Tropical horticultural background preferred.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Exceed client expectations by providing professional, courteous and efficient service at all times.
Manage assigned client accounts and daily route effectively.
Grooming and trimming plants, inspect soil moisture, clean plants.
Maintain and organize tools on site; record special services and scheduling.
Drive safely and comply with hours, abnormalities and LEAN activities.
Cultivate positive client relationships and uphold company standards.
